1. Navigate to “Selling Price Group” #

1. Log in to your back-office.
2. From the left-hand purple sidebar, click Products.
3. In the expanded list, select Selling Price Group.
4. The screen will display two zones:
   • An Import/Export Selling Price Group Prices panel at the top.
   • A table titled All Selling Price Group listing existing groups.

2. Import / Export Group Prices #

Export Current Prices #

1. Click the purple Export Selling Price Group Prices button.
2. A CSV will download containing every product-price combination for all groups.

Edit & Re-import Prices #

1. Open the exported CSV in Excel / Google Sheets.
2. Update only the price columns you wish to change—leave unwanted cells blank.
3. Save the file as CSV.
4. Back on the page, under File to Import, click Choose File and pick your edited CSV.
5. Hit Submit.
6. The system updates only the prices you modified; blank cells are skipped.

⚠️ Note: Keep the original column order and headers. Any structural changes will cause the import to fail.

3. Manage Selling Price Groups #

• Add a New Group
  1. Click the purple + Add button on the top-right of the table.
  2. Enter a Name (e.g., “Delivery Service”) and an optional Description.
  3. Save to create the group. It appears immediately in the list.
• Edit an Existing Group
  1. Locate the group row and click the blue Edit button in the Action column.
  2. Change the name or description as needed, then save.
• Deactivate / Reactivate
  1. Click the red Deactivate (or green Activate) button to toggle availability.
  2. Deactivated groups cannot be selected in sales screens.
• Delete a Group
  1. Press the red Delete button.
  2. Confirm the prompt. The group will be removed permanently.

4. Table Tools & Filters #

• Search: Use the search box (top-right) to find a group by name or description.
• Show Entries: Adjust the Show x entries dropdown (top-left) to change pagination size.
• Export / Print: Buttons above the table let you:
  • Export to CSV, Excel or PDF
  • Print a printer-friendly list
  • Column visibility – hide or show columns
• Pagination: Use Previous / Next or click a page number (bottom-right).
