List Stock Adjustments – View and Manage Inventory Corrections #
1. Navigate to “Stock Adjustments” #
- Log in to your restaurant management system.
- In the sidebar, click Inventory.
- Under Inventory, select List Stock Adjustments.
- The stock adjustments list page will open showing:
- A Filters section for searching adjustments by location, user, and date.
- An “All stock adjustments” header with total count.
- A purple + Add button for creating new adjustments.
- Export options (CSV, Excel, Print, Column visibility, PDF).
- A comprehensive data table showing all adjustment records.
2. Understanding the Stock Adjustments List #
This page provides a centralized view of all inventory adjustments made across your restaurant operations. It serves as:
- Audit Trail – Complete history of all inventory corrections and their reasons.
- Financial Tracking – Monitor the financial impact of inventory adjustments over time.
- Pattern Analysis – Identify recurring adjustment patterns that may indicate systemic issues.

3. Use Filters to Find Adjustments #
- Click the Filters dropdown to expand the search options.
- Configure the following filters:
- Business Location – Select “All” or specific restaurant location to view adjustments.
- User – Filter by “All” users or select specific staff member who created adjustments.
- Date Range – Set start and end dates (format: DD/MM/YYYY) to view adjustments from specific periods.
- The table will automatically refresh to show filtered results.
- Use the Search box (top-right) for quick text-based filtering by reference number, reason, or other details.
- Common Filter Scenarios:
- Monthly reviews: Set date range for specific month.
- Location analysis: Filter by specific business location.
- Staff performance: Filter by individual user to review their adjustments.
- Recent activity: Use current date range to see latest adjustments.
4. Create New Stock Adjustment #
- Click the purple + Add button (top-right corner).
- This will redirect you to the “Add Stock Adjustment” page.
- Complete the adjustment form with:
- Business location and reference details.
- Products and adjustment quantities.
- Detailed reasons for the adjustment.
- Save the adjustment to return to this list view.
- The new adjustment will appear in the table with current status.
5. Manage Table Display Options #
- Show entries – Select how many adjustments to display per page (10, 25, 50, 100).
- Export Options – Use the action buttons:

- No adjustments created for the selected time period.

- Filters are too restrictive (specific location, user, or date range).
- Adjustments may be recorded in a different system or module.
- To resolve: Clear filters, expand date range, or check different locations/users.
