📝 List POS – Step-by-Step Guide #
1. Navigate to “List POS” #
- Log in to your back-office.
- In the sidebar, click on Sales.
- Select List POS from the dropdown menu.
2. Use the Filters #
- Business Location: Filter by specific store or branch.
- Customer: Filter by individual customer names.
- User: Filter by staff who processed the orders.
- Payment Status: Filter by payment status (e.g., Paid, Due).
- Shipping Status: Filter by shipping status (e.g., Delivered, Pending).
- Date Range: Set a custom date range to view orders within that period.
- Subscriptions: Toggle to show/hide subscription orders.
3. Table Columns Explained #

4. Export Options #
- You can export the data to
CSV,Excel, orPDFusing the buttons at the top of the table. - Click
Printto print the current view of the table. - Use
Column visibilityto show/hide specific columns.
5. Pagination #
Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate through pages of orders.
6. Row Actions #
Each row starts with a purple Actions button that allows you to edit, view, or delete the order.
7. Troubleshooting #
- No data in table: Check your filters and date range. Make sure there are orders that match your criteria.
- Cannot delete order: The order may already be paid or shipped. You may need to cancel or return the order first.
- Incorrect totals: Verify the items, quantities, and prices to ensure they are correctly entered.
8. Best Practices #
- Regularly export and review the POS data for sales analysis.
- Use filters to quickly find orders from specific customers or time periods.
- Add notes to orders for any special instructions or requests.
