1. Navigate to “Warranties” #

1. Log in to your back-office.
2. From the left-hand purple sidebar, click Products.
3. Select Warranties from the submenu.
4. The page displays an All Warranties table and a purple + Add button (top-right).

2. Add a New Warranty #

1. Click the purple + Add button.
2. In the pop-up form, enter:
   • Name – e.g., “1 Year”, “6 Months” or custom (“30 Day Money-Back”).
   • Description – Optional internal note.
   • Duration – Numeric value + unit (Days, Months, Years).
3. Click Save. The warranty appears in the list immediately.

3. Edit Existing Warranties #

1. Locate the warranty row in the table.
2. Click the purple Edit button in the Action column.
3. Adjust name, description or duration, then click Update.

Note: Deleting is disabled because warranties may link to past sales records.

4. Table Tools & Filters #

• Search: Use the search box (top-right) to locate warranties quickly.
• Show Entries: Change pagination size via the dropdown (top-left).
• Export & Print: Buttons above the table let you
  • Export to CSV, Excel, PDF
  • Print a printer-friendly list
  • Column visibility – hide/show columns
• Sort: Click any header (e.g., Duration) to sort ascending/descending.
• Pagination: Use Previous / Next or page numbers at bottom-right.

• Use consistent naming such as “1 Year”, “2 Years” to keep sorting logical.
• Add a description for special terms (e.g., “Excludes consumables”).
