📊 All Sales – Detailed Sales Analytics Guide #
1. Navigate to “All Sales” #
- Log in to your back-office.
- Click on the Sales button in the sidebar.
- You’ll see a table with multiple columns and a filter bar at the top.
2. Use the Filter Bar #
- Sources – filter by POS, Customer Orders, etc.
- Payment Method – filter by payment type (Cash, Card, etc.)
- Business Location – view sales for specific outlets
- Customer – see sales for individual clients
- Service Staff – review sales by employee
- Shipping Status – filter by order delivery status
- Subscriptions – filter out/in subscription sales
- Discounted – show/hide orders with discounts
- Date Range – set a custom period
3. Table Columns Explained #

| Total Items | Total number of items in the order |
| Types of service | Type of service provided (Dine-In, Take-Away, etc.) |
| Custom Field 1 | Custom field set for the order |

4. Export & Print #
You can export the sales data to CSV, Excel, or print it directly. Use the buttons located at the top of the table.
5. Pagination #
Navigate through the sales records using the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of the table.
6. “Actions” Button #
Each row starts with a purple Actions button that allows you to edit, print, or delete the order.
7. Troubleshooting #
- Cannot delete an order: Check if the order is already paid or shipped. You may need to void the payment first.
- Totals not matching: Verify that all discounts and taxes are correctly applied.
- Missing order: Ensure that the filters are not hiding the order. Reset filters if needed.

- Use filters to generate reports for specific time periods or customers.
- Export data monthly for sales analysis and financial reporting.
