🛒 Customer Orders – Manage Client Purchases #
1. Navigate to “Customer Orders” #
- Log in to your back-office.
- Click on the Sales button in the sidebar.
- Choose Customer Orders from the dropdown.
- The page displays a table with customer orders, a filter bar, and buttons for exporting and printing.
2. Use the Filters #
- Business Location – Filter orders by a specific store or outlet.
- Status – Filter by order status like Pending, Shipped, Completed, etc.
- Date Range – Set a custom date range to view orders from that period.
3. Table Columns Explained #
| Column | Description |

| Date | Order creation date |
| Customer Name | Name of the customer who placed the order |
| Contact Number | Customer’s mobile number or other contact details |
| Location | Store or branch where the order was placed |
| Table No | The table or area where the order was taken |
| Total Paid | Amount paid by the customer |
| Total Amount | Total amount of the order |
| Total Items | Number of items in the order |
| Status | Current status of the order (Pending, Shipped, etc.) |
| Additional Notes | Any extra information or notes added to the order |
| Action | Dropdown for editing, viewing, or deleting the order |
4. Export or Print #
Use the buttons above the table to export the customer orders to CSV or Excel format, or to print them directly.
5. Pagination #
Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate through pages of customer orders.
6. Row Actions #
Each row starts with a purple Actions button that allows you to edit, view, or delete the order.
7. Troubleshooting #
- No data in table – Ensure that the filters are not hiding the orders. Try resetting them.
- Cannot delete an order – Check if the order is already shipped or paid. You may need to return or void the payment first.
- Incorrect totals – Verify that the items and their quantities are correctly entered.
8. Best Practices #
- Regularly export and review customer orders for sales analytics.
- Use filters to quickly find orders from a specific customer or time period.
- Add notes for any special requests or instructions from the customer.
