🛠️ Update Products – Bulk Price & Tax Changes #
1. Navigate to “Update Products” #
- Log in to your back-office.
- From the left-hand purple sidebar, click Products.
- Choose Update Products from the submenu.
- You’ll see:
- A purple Export Product button.
- A File to Import field plus Submit button.
- An instruction list explaining the workflow.
2. Quick Workflow Overview #

3. Export Products #
- Click Export Product. A CSV named something like
products_export.csvdownloads. - Open the file in Excel / Google Sheets.
4. Edit the CSV #
- Update any of the following columns:
Purchase Price,Selling Price (Inclusive/Exclusive)Tax(enter the exact tax rate name)- Per-group price columns (one column per Selling Price Group)
- Leave cells blank if you don’t want that value changed.
- Do not rename or move any columns.
- Save / export again as CSV (UTF-8).
5. Import the Updated File #
- Back on Products → Update Products, click Choose File.
- Select your edited CSV.
- Press the purple Submit button.
- Wait for the confirmation toast/progress bar.
If successful, new prices and taxes are applied immediately. 🎉
6. Troubleshooting #

7. Best Practices #
- Keep a backup of every exported CSV for audit purposes.
- Start with a small test edit (one product) to confirm the import workflow.
- If you use Selling Price Groups, verify each group has its own column in the export before editing.
