Application Guide: Products – Print Labels #
1. Navigate to the Print Labels Screen #
- From the main menu on the left, click on Products.
- A sub-menu will appear. Click on Print Labels.
- You will now be on the Print Labels screen.
2. Add Products for Label Printing #
This is where you select which products you need labels for and how many.
- In the section titled “Add products to generate Labels,” click inside the search box that says
"Enter products name to print labels". - Start typing the name of a product. A list of matching products will appear.
- Click on the correct product to add it to the table below.
- In the table, find the product you just added and enter the quantity you need in the “No. of labels” column.
- Repeat steps 1-4 for every product you want to generate labels for.
3. Customize the Information on Your Labels #
This section allows you to choose what details will appear on the printed labels.
- Go to the “Information to show in Labels” section.
- Check the box next to each piece of information you want to include on the label:
- Product Name: To show the name of the item.
- Product Variation (recommended): To show details like size or color.
- Product Price: To show the selling price.
- Business name: To show your company’s name.
- Print packing date: To include the date the product was packed.
- For any information you choose to show, you can adjust the font size by entering a number in the corresponding Size box. A larger number means a larger font.
- If you have checked Product Price, you can use the Show Price: dropdown menu to select whether the price shown is Inc. tax (Including Tax) or another option.
4. Choose Your Label Sheet Format #
You must select a layout that matches the physical label paper you will be printing on.
- Find the “Barcode setting:” section.
- Click the dropdown menu (it might show an option like “20 Labels per Sheet…”).
- From the list, select the label sheet size and layout that matches your label paper.
5. Preview and Finalize Your Labels #
Once all your settings are correct, you can generate the labels.
- Click the purple Preview button at the bottom of the page. This will show you a sample of what your labels will look like.
- Review the preview carefully. If you need to make changes, go back and adjust your settings.
- If the preview looks correct, click the dark purple Submit button. This will generate a final document that is ready to be sent to your printer.
