Products – List Products Screen Guide #
1. Open the Product List #
- From the left side menu, click Products.
- Under Products, click List Products.
- The Products – Manage your products screen opens.
2. Show / Hide the Filters Panel #
- At the top-left of the page, click Filters.
- If the panel is open, clicking Filters will hide it; clicking again will show it.
3. Using the Filters #
Use these drop-downs to narrow down the products shown in the table:
- Product Type – Choose the type of product (for example Single, Variable, Combo) or leave All to see every type.
- Category – Filter products by category.
- Unit – Filter by unit of measure (Piece, Box, Kg, etc.).
- Tax – Filter by tax type/rate applied to the product.
- Brand – Show only products from a specific brand.
- Business Location – Show products available at a specific location/branch.
- Product Status – Filter by status (for example Active, Inactive).
- Supplier – Show products linked to a particular supplier.
- Product Show – Filter based on how/where the product is shown (e.g., show in POS, online, etc., depending on your setup).
- Woocommerce enabled (toggle) – Turn this on to show only products connected with WooCommerce, or off to show all.
After choosing your filters, the list automatically updates.
4. Switch Between Views: All Products vs Stock Report #
Below the filter section you have two buttons:
- All Products – Shows the full list of products with details such as price, category, brand, tax, etc.
- Stock Report – Shows a stock-focused view (available quantity, locations, etc.).
Click the tab you want; the table below will change to that view.
5. Control How Many Products You See per Page #
- Above the table, on the left, use the Show X entries drop-down.
- Select how many rows you want to see on one page (e.g., 10, 25, 50, 100).
6. Exporting / Printing the Product List #
Above the table (center-right) you will see several purple buttons:
- Export to CSV – Download the currently visible table data as a
.csvfile. - Export to Excel – Download the table data as an Excel file.
- Print – Open a print-friendly version of the table.
- Column visibility – Turn individual columns on or off.
- Click Column visibility.
- Tick/untick the column names you want to show or hide.
- Export to PDF – Download the table data as a PDF document.
These exports follow your current filters and column visibility.
7. Add a New Product #
- On the top-right of the product list area, click the + Add button.
- You will be taken to the Add Product form, where you can enter product details and save.
8. Download Product Data in Excel #
- Next to the + Add button, click Download Excel.
- An Excel file will be downloaded to your computer containing product information.
